Yunnan Wild Gu Shu Black Tea
This rare black tea is a special order I made two years ago for our tea shop. The tea is made using leaves from wild ancient tea trees that are over 500 years old. These tree leaves are traditionally used for making Puerh. We have been searching for premium quality black tea from real wild tea trees for many years and we are so excited to introduce this remarkable black tea to our customers and tea friends after two years of search/anticipation.
This wild black tea is harvested in the early spring with a bud and two leaves. The dry leaves are in brown colour with golden tips. It has a very distinctive and mesmerising floral and fruity aroma with wild forest flavours and a strong Qi. The tea liquid is thick. The taste is sweet and complex with a faint and pleasant astringency and a cooling citrus after taste that lingers for a long time in your mouth.

Order Processing & Shipping Time:
Orders received before noon IST (Indian Standard Time) usually ship out the same business day. Orders received after this time generally ship the next business day. Please note that our international delivery partners, DHL/FedEx, do not deliver Teabox orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

Terms of Trade:
Unless specified otherwise at checkout, our site operates on 'DAP' terms (Delivered at Place without payment of duty and taxes of the destination country) when no advance duties or taxes are collected. Under DAP, the following responsibilities are assigned:
Buyer Responsibilities:
- Payment for the purchased goods.
- Covering import clearance inspection costs.
- Handling import formalities and paying destination duties and taxes. If the buyer chooses the carrier (FedEx/DHL) to manage these formalities, they must provide a shipment-specific Power of Attorney to the carrier and cover associated charges.
- Providing complete address details during ordering, along with a correct email and phone number (issued in the destination country).
Green Peaks Tea's Responsibilities:
- Providing goods with necessary documentation.
- Pickup, carriage, and door delivery to the provided address.
- Managing origin customs formalities.
